The Skills Program
You get paid to upskill
Primary Audience: Full-time employed data and technology professionals in the nonprofit sector.
Purpose: The Skills Development Program is an opportunity for nonprofit professionals to learn new technical skills that they can bring back to their employer. Additionally, it’s an authentic networking opportunity so that other nonprofits can be impressed with the quality of your work.
How it works:
Submit an application.
After an interview, you will be notified whether you are accepted into the Program.
You obtain written approval from your employer to become a Skills Fellow.
I find real, paid, hands-on projects for Fellows to work on by my side. I work with you on the project as an architect and mentor, teaching you new skills, and providing feedback.
When the project is concluded, I pay you fairly for the time you committed to the project and you bring your skills back to your employer.
